Bring water to boil and add tomatoes for one minute. Remove and place in ice water. Remove skins from tomatoes cut in halves and remove seeds. Let stand in refrigerator for one day

12 Cups Tomatoes                   4 Cups Green Peppers

½ Cup Jalapeno                       4 Onions

5 Cloves Garlic                          ¼ Cup Sugar

1 ½ Tablespoon Salt               1/16 Cup Cilantro

¼ Cup Vinegar

Put all ingredients into pot and cook on medium heat for one hour. Pour into jars and seal.
