CHICKEN SALAD
Chicken Salad
Ingredients
1 Small sweet pickle
1/4 cup of an onion
1 Cooked chicken breast — cubed
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
Directions
1. Place pickle and onion in blender or food processor. Process until finely chopped.
2. Add chicken and process 3 fast pulses.
3. Add remaining ingredients and process 2 fast pulses.
4. Serve on toasted bread.
